Located in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan's urban metropolitan area, is the public Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS). In 1945, Sir Hugh Dow, the Governor of Sindh at the time, founded it.
The institution is home to Dow Medical College and Dow International Medical College, two undergraduate research centers focused on health sciences.
